Joanie Imlay

Joanie Imlay is an accomplished professional in project and program management with extensive experience in community development and housing finance. Currently serving as an Associate Financial Consultant at California Housing Partnership since July 2024, Joanie previously excelled as a Project Manager - Lead at Venice Community Housing Corporation, overseeing all phases of project development, including financing and construction oversight. From August 2015 to July 2022, Joanie held various positions at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods, culminating as Deputy Director of Program Delivery, where responsibilities included managing complex government-funded repair loan programs and leading grant design initiatives. Joanie's career began with internships focused on public policy and urban development, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Columbia University, earned cum laude.
