Vicki Malecha

Vicki Malecha, MA HRIR, PMP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR systems and analytics. Currently serving as an HR Systems Consultant at California ISO, Vicki focuses on aligning system changes with a new Union contract while assessing system access and risks. At Wells Fargo, Vicki holds the role of Strategy Consultant, working on staffing adequacy and technology enhancements for workforce management. Vicki's extensive experience at Pearson includes positions ranging from Director of HR Analytics and Data to several roles as a Senior HRIS Analyst, where Vicki led significant projects related to Oracle HCM and the integration of multiple HR systems. Vicki holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from the University of St. Thomas.
