Crystal Costa Flexman

Crystal Costa Flexman is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in strategic management and partnership cultivation across various sectors, including global health and international programs. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at the California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions, Crystal previously held significant roles at the Public Health Institute, where responsibilities included implementing business development strategies and providing technical assistance for program proposals. Earlier experience includes positions at Tetra Tech, where Crystal led a proposal development team, and Chemonics International, managing multi-million dollar programs for USAID. Crystal holds a Master of Arts in Communications, Culture, & Technology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Communication & Linguistics from the University of California, Davis.
