Joe Kiani

Joe Kiani is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Masimo, a position held since February 1989. In addition, Kiani serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cercacor Laboratories, Inc. since January 1998, and Co-Founder of A Starting Point since January 2018. Kiani is also a Board Member at Caltech since January 2021 and has previous experience as Past Chairman and Board Member of the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA) from January 2002 to October 2022. Kiani holds a Master of Science (M.S.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, completed from 1985 to 1987 and 1980 to 1985, respectively.
