Michael Eddison Romero

Michael Eddison Romero, Esq. is currently a Tax Controversy Attorney at Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University Fowler School of Law. As Policy Chair for the Corporate and Passthrough Entities Committee of the California Lawyers Association, Michael holds leadership roles impacting legal policy. Previous experience includes a position as an Attorney, Multistate Tax Associate at Deloitte, and various clerkships, including with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from Chapman University with a focus on Tax Law, complemented by a BA in Criminology, Law, and Society and a BA in Political Science from UC Irvine. Notable achievements during law school include multiple CALI Awards and leadership roles in various student organizations.
