Christian W. Nolet

Chris Nolet was a Partner and Life Sciences Industry Leader, West Region with Ernst & Young in Palo Alto, California. Nolet joined Ernst & Young in 2001 after more than 21 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Partner and Leader – North America West Life Sciences Industry Group. At Ernst & Young, Nolet served a number of the firm’s premier clients, including Genentech and Affymetrix, and supported E&Y engagement teams and health sciences, clients, throughout California and the western United States.

Nolet has participated in numerous private and public equity offerings and provided due diligence, valuation, structuring, and executive leadership in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and collaborations. In addition to directly serving a number of life sciences companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, Nolet regularly consults with clients and non-clients throughout the US with regard to assessing emerging industry developments and structuring collaborations and spin-offs. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California State Society of CPAs.
