Position Summary:

As a Product Manager II, you will play a pivotal role in delivering new products to MDpanel doctors and customers. You will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch and beyond by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will work with the sales team to understand our customer's needs. You will dig deep with the operations team to understand their workflow and pain points. You will work with product designers to develop simple, beautiful, and effective user experiences. You will collaborate with a world class engineering team to bring products to life. No two days will be the same as you work with senior company leadership and all of our teams to bring new products to a market that is ripe for disruption.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements.

  • Launch new products and features, test their performance and improve.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, UX, and other teams to deliver new technology products.

  • Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across teams, product areas, and functions.

  • Be a good teammate.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

  • 4 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, experience initiating and driving projects with minimal oversight and guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.

  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business, finance, and other stakeholders.

  • The applicable salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 depending on a variety of factors such as relevant experience.
