Andrea Lepore

Andrea Lepore founded Lepore Development in 2006, a design-driven firm producing brands, concepts and developments with the goal of improving urban neighborhoods in Northern California.

Lepore founded and serves as the creative director for HOT ITALIAN pizza bar, launched in California’s Capital City in 2009. The Midtown location became the first LEED Certified (Silver) restaurant in the Sacramento region, first restaurant in California selected as a “Bicycle Friendly Business” and first pizzeria in the nation to become “REAL Certified” by the United States Healthy Food Council. Based on the success of the flagship location, Lepore opened the brand’s second location in the San Francisco east bay area in 2012, earning East Bay Bike “Business of the Year” and Green Business Certification in 2015.

After a decade with the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and WNBA’s Sacramento Monarchs, Lepore spent six years creating successful projects and campaigns for professional sports stars as founder of the nation’s first cause-related sports marketing agency.

A University of California, Davis (1992, B.A. Rhetoric and Communications) graduate, Lepore is in the Master of Design Studies for Sustainable Design at Boston Architectural College and was appointed in April, 2015 to the City of West Sacramento’s Planning Commission by Mayor Christopher Cabaldon.
