Michael Cappelluti

Michael W. Cappelluti is the President of The Highlands Consulting Group LLC, a management consulting firm he founded in 2002. He has over 20 years of consulting experience in improving public sector agencies’ efficiency and effectiveness. In prior positions, Michael was Vice President at Synergy Consulting and Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse.

He has a Master of Business Administration from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a dual Bachelors degree in Economics and English from UC Berkeley. For the past four years, he has served as a board member for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Sacramento Chapter as Finance Chair. Michael grew up in California’s Central Valley and currently resides in Sacramento with his wife Robyn and son Ryan.
