Aaron Barbie

Aaron Barbie is an experienced Production Operations Engineer currently at California Resources Corporation since December 2014, specializing in production operations and completions across various fields including Elk Hills and Kettleman North Dome. Prior to this role, Aaron worked at Oxy from June 2007 to November 2014, gaining expertise in similar operations at multiple fields such as Asphalto and Railroad Gap. Earlier experience at Schlumberger spanned from June 1997 to May 2007, where Aaron held positions from Field Engineer to District Engineer, managing teams and overseeing complex fracturing and cementing operations. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University, completed in 1997.
