Nicole Knauer

Nicole Knauer is a seasoned legal and land negotiation professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Land Negotiator at California Resources Corporation since July 2014. Throughout their career, Nicole has held various roles, including subject matter expert in Division Orders and team lead, where leadership responsibilities included mentoring personnel and overseeing critical joint ventures and business development initiatives. Prior experience includes work as a Landman for Vintage Production California, where contract negotiations were a key focus, and an internship at Chevron, which involved drafting agreements and conducting well title clearances. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of California, Davis.
