David Cremins

David Cremins is currently serving as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc., since September 2024, with sponsorship from The Vertex Foundation. Previously, David worked as a Legal Database Manager at Earth Refuge, focusing on climate-induced migration cases, and held various legal internships including positions at Resilience Force, California Department of Justice, and Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, where responsibilities ranged from assisting civil cases to conducting legal research on migrant rights. Earlier experience includes internship roles in software engineering at Workday and Mend Tech, with a strong foundation in writing and teaching from positions at Pomona College. David obtained a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School in June 2024 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science from Pomona College in May 2018.
