Anthony Ong

Anthony Ong is a Graduate Teaching Associate at California State University-Dominguez Hills, focusing on foundational programming and advanced Object-Oriented Programming in Java since January 2022. As the Assistant Center Director and Lead Sensei at Code Ninjas, Anthony Ong teaches Computer Science and STEAM education, utilizing languages such as JavaScript, LUA, and C++ to engage younger students in computational thinking and game development. Previously, Anthony Ong was a Tech Exchange Scholar at Google, participating in a program designed for students from HBCUs and HSIs to learn alongside professionals in key computer science subjects. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Papa John's International, where valuable skills in management and customer service were developed. Anthony Ong holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-Dominguez Hills, completed in 2019.
