Brittany Bofenkamp

Brittany Bofenkamp has served as a Hot Mill Metallurgical Engineer at California Steel Industries, Inc. since May 2018, following a role as Rolling Division Quality Department Manager and Quality Engineer at USS-POSCO Industries from August 2015 to August 2017. Brittany's experience also includes a Research and Development Internship at Rio Tinto, focused on hot stage microscopy and polymer development, and a Metallurgical Engineering Internship at ArcelorMittal, where the work involved adhesion testing and decarburization analysis. Educationally, Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Materials Engineering at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
