Vanessa Kennedy-Casas

Vanessa Kennedy-Casas is an experienced insights professional with a comprehensive background in telecommunications and market research. Currently serving as the Insights Capability Lead at Callaghan Innovation since January 2019, Vanessa previously held the position of Insights Manager at Xero from February 2015 to January 2019. Other notable roles include Research and Propositions Manager at Chorus NZ Limited, and various managerial positions at Telecom New Zealand, including Customer Strategy Manager for Business Markets and Lead Transformation Manager. Vanessa’s early career involved senior positions at TNS, Phoenix Market Research & Consultancy, TelstraClear, and ACNielsen New Zealand Ltd. Vanessa holds a Masters in Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Psychology from The University of Auckland.
