Martin Ward

Martin Ward has extensive experience in leadership roles within the aerospace, defence, and security sectors. Currently serving as the head of programmes at Callen-Lenz since July 2019, Martin previously held senior positions at Raytheon UK, Blue Spear Management Consultants, Selex ES, and BAE Systems. At Raytheon UK, Martin was responsible for Mission Critical Solutions, enhancing situational awareness and command capabilities. At Selex ES, Martin held various VP roles focusing on homeland security, critical infrastructure protection, and business development in new markets. Martin's career at BAE Systems included managing the Vehicle Management Systems division and various strategic business units, where significant growth and profitability improvements were achieved. Martin holds an HND in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from MidKent College.
