Courtney Phillips Spoehr is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in brand partnerships and talent management. Currently serving as Head of Music at Calm since July 2019, Courtney previously held multiple roles at Universal Music Group from August 2015 to July 2019, including Director and Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships. Earlier career highlights include positions as Account Manager/Talent Buyer at COLLiDE Agency, LLC and FILTER Creative Group, and a Coordinator role in the Partnership Marketing Department at Universal Music Group. Courtney began the journey in the entertainment industry as an Assistant at William Morris Endeavor and holds a degree in Cinema Studies from New York University.
