Ryan Batchelor

Ryan Batchelor is an experienced manufacturing professional currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at CalTex since November 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Manufacturing Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Siemens as both Assembly Supervisor and Quality Engineer from December 2017 to November 2021, and as Quality Manager at RSI - Restaurant Services Inc. from January 2017 to December 2017. Ryan began a career in quality management at Caterpillar Inc. as Quality Supervisor, following a Quality Engineer role through Aerotek Engineering, serving Caterpillar. Additional experience includes Systems/Quality Engineer at SCSI LLC from April 2012 to July 2013. Academically, Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas State University, where participation as a student athlete included playing as a punter and place kicker from May 2006 to May 2010.
