Bob Hayes

Bob Hayes is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the sales and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Calumet since November 2024, Bob previously held the same title at Lucas Oil Products from March 2021 to November 2024. Bob's career includes a tenure as the Vice President of Sales and Board Member at CarbonEco Global Corporation, where significant contributions were made to the company’s growth from its inception. Additionally, Bob served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Richfield Oil & Gas and was the Founder and President of Intermountain Windows & Doors, a successful manufacturer and supplier in the Rocky Mountain region. Early experience includes roles at Norandex-Reynolds Distribution, progressing from inside salesman to Branch Manager and District Sales Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Weber State University.
