Phana Ean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Route Development Manager at Cambodia Airports since November 2019, Phana Ean plays a crucial role in the development and management of Cambodia's international airport network under a public-private partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia. Prior to this, Phana Ean held key positions at Capital Management Solutions as General Manager of Services and Operations Manager, focusing on high-quality management services for real estate investments.
