Kofi Jones

Kofi Jones is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, public affairs, and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate Communications at Cambridge Associates since January 2018, Kofi focuses on internal communications, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Kofi was Principal and Owner of KJ Health Matters, providing consulting services to innovative healthcare organizations. With a strong background in government affairs as Vice President of American Well, experience as Executive Director at the Commonwealth Marketing Office, and prior roles in journalism and public relations, Kofi has developed a robust skill set in strategic communications, advocacy, and community relations. Kofi holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from DEI Academy and has degrees from Salem State University and Emerson College.
