Jim Kennedy

Jim has worked as an executive manager and HR Director for over 20 years in international companies. The organisations for which he led their HR functions have gone through extensive change which resulted in lasting, positive outcomes for customers, employees and shareholders. He has worked overseas extensively and was also resident in the US for several years. He has also contributed to his local community having been Chair of Governors at his local primary school for 5 years and a Parish Councillor for 4 years. Originally from the East Neuk of Fife, Jim took an MA at the University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management at Edinburgh’s Napier University. He has 3 grown up children, each of whom went through local primary and secondary education before going on to university.
