Andrew Palmer

Andrew Palmer is a Consulting Director and Telecoms Subject Matter Expert at CGI, where responsibilities include supporting business development and creating a portfolio of offerings for the Telco sector since December 2015. Additionally, since July 2019, Andrew champions the Virtual Networks Special Interest Group for Cambridge Wireless, focusing on the future of virtualization in wireless networks. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Solutions Architect at ARRIS, where Andrew specialized in Digital Video Recorder solutions, and positions at Vodafone, Ericsson, AT&T, and IBM, demonstrating a strong background in pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, and network management across the TV, media, and telecommunications sectors. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool Polytechnic.
