Lindsey Oattes

Lindsey Oattes is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and employment coordination. Currently serving as an Employment & Training Coordinator at Camden County College since July 2024, Lindsey previously held roles as a Human Resources Associate at both Voorhees Pediatric Facility and Weisman Children's from August 2023 to June 2024. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Support Intern position at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, where responsibilities included conducting a companywide I9 audit and organizing personnel files. Additionally, Lindsey contributed to Delta Sigma Pi as Webmaster and Vice President of Chapter Operations, overseeing chapter management and coordinating events.
