Karina Catlin

Karina Catlin currently serves as the Senior Development Operations Manager at CAMFED, a position held since May 2017. Prior to this role, Karina held various positions at Chemonics International, including Acting Deputy Chief of Party and Technical & Operations Coordinator for the Pamoja Twajenga Program, where responsibilities encompassed managing a USAID-funded initiative aimed at enhancing civil society and government accountability in Tanzania. Additionally, Karina directed Africa Programs for help2kids, focusing on the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children, and managed sponsorship and volunteer initiatives at Peace House Africa. Earlier experience includes a project associate role at UNCDF, where a knowledge management strategy was developed, and a competitive internship at the United Nations. Karina earned a Master of Public Administration from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
