Alexandra Skiba

Alexandra Skiba is an Actuarial Analyst with extensive experience at Canada Life Reinsurance, where Alexandra has been employed since September 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked at Canada Life from August 2023 to September 2024 and from May 2021 to August 2022, gaining experience in the Corporate Actuarial Department and the Individual Insurance Non-Par Valuation Department. Earlier in Alexandra's career, experience as a Direct Support Worker at Crest Support Services was gained from June 2019 to February 2021, and Alexandra also contributed to a research project at the University of Ottawa under Dr. Howard Rundle in 2018. Alexandra holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Western University, completed in April 2023, and an Honours Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Ottawa, completed in 2019.
