Brad MacDonald

Brad MacDonald is an accomplished Senior Product Designer at Canada Post / Postes Canada since April 2023 and has served as a Lead Instructor in UX Design at BrainStation since July 2022. With extensive experience in user experience and design, Brad previously held roles as Design Lead and Product Designer at Canada Post from 2016 to 2022, and User Experience Lead at CIBC from 2014 to 2016. Earlier career positions include User Experience Designer and Interaction Designer at Bank of Montreal, Web Developer/Designer at CIBC, and various teaching and freelance roles. Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management with a focus on Digital Media from Ryerson University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
