Salima Hadibhai

Salima Hadibhai, MHSA, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in health system performance and patient engagement. Currently serving as a Manager for Health System Performance and Special Projects at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) since August 2007, Salima has developed and implemented key initiatives such as the pan-Canadian acute care patient experience survey and CIHI's Patient Involvement Strategy. Previous roles include corporate performance improvement specialist at The Scarborough Hospital and project management coordinator at CIHI, where Salima focused on enhancing project management knowledge within the organization. Salima holds dual master's degrees in Health Services Administration and Business Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and Gerontology from the University of Waterloo.
