Yana A.

Yana A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operational excellence, currently serving as Senior Director at the Canadian Red Cross since July 2013. Previous roles at the Canadian Red Cross include Senior Director and Director positions in the Centre of Excellence for IS Delivery, as well as Manager of Business Solutions. Prior to joining the Canadian Red Cross, Yana worked as a Business Analyst in Implementation at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and as a Project Coordinator at Art and Motion Inc. Yana holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Indiana University Bloomington, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto, and additional qualifications in Project Management and Financial Accounting from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
