Carolina Campos

Carolina Campos is a legal professional with a robust background in municipal, land-use planning, and expropriations law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at the Canadian Transportation Agency since October 2023, Carolina previously gained valuable experience as an Associate at Gowling WLG from August 2019 to October 2023. Prior roles include a Student at Law at the Environment and Land Division, Tribunals Ontario, and a Research Assistant at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, focusing on international environmental law. Carolina also holds a Research Fellowship with the Canada-United States Law Institute, analyzing domestic and international law related to river systems. Academically, Carolina earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Université Laval, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from McGill University.
