Sebastian Caliri

Sebastian Caliri is a Partner at 8VC since September 2018, where Sebastian previously held positions as Principal and Vice President. Currently, Sebastian serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including Candid Health, Seen Health, Empassion Health, Nest Health, Harbor Health, KeyCare, and Hopscotch Health, all since 2022 or 2023. Prior to their venture capital role, Sebastian was a Commercial Lead for Healthcare at Palantir Technologies from October 2013 to March 2018 and served on the Board of Directors for Learning Unlimited from December 2012 to January 2015. Academically, Sebastian obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, both magna cum laude from Yale University, and is currently a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) candidate in Biomedical Informatics at Stanford University School of Medicine.
