Nimi Oladapo

Nimi Oladapo is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a strong background in engineering. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Candy Kittens since November 2024, Nimi previously held the role of Operations Manager at BOL Foods. Nimi's earlier experience includes positions at Mars as Maintenance Team Leader and at Associated British Foods plc as Project Engineer, leading capital projects and improvements at the Ryvita factory. Nimi completed the ABF Engineering Graduate Scheme and has a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sheffield, where involvement included the role of Science and Engineering Champion. Recognition includes being named in The Tab Future 100 list as one of the 'Women to Watch' in 2018.
