Tyler Fuller

Tyler Fuller, PTA, is an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant currently providing home health services with InHome Therapy since October 2022 and United Rehab since July 2022. Tyler has been serving in the role of Physical Therapist Assistant at Synergy Care, Inc. since October 2017, and previously worked part-time in home health at Click Clinician from April 2021 to August 2022, and in a skilled nursing facility with Aureus Medical Group from May 2017 to October 2017. Prior to a dedicated career in physical therapy, Tyler gained customer service experience as a Running Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods from April 2013 to December 2016, achieved Defender of the Month for loss prevention, and completed internships and roles in various settings including a summer internship at DuPont and lifeguarding at Waverly City Pool. Tyler holds an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from Daymar Institute-Clarksville and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Exercise Science from Austin Peay State University.
