Jacob Reider

Jacob Reider is the current advisor at Canvas Medical. Jacob has also served as the CEO of Huddle Health from July 2021 to January 2022, the CEO of Alliance for Better Health from December 2016 to July 2021, and the Chief Health Officer of Physera from June 2016 to May 2020. Additionally, they were a co-founder of RS Partners from January 2016 to January 2022 and a board member of Avhana Health from November 2015 to January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Kyron, Inc. from January 2015 to December 2015. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Deputy National Coordinator of Health IT at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Chief Medical Officer, Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT, also at HHS. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of Twistle by Health Catalyst from January 2010 to July 2010 and the Chief Medical Informatics Officer at Allscripts from June 2009 to January 2011. Jacob also served as the Medical Director at Allscripts from March 2007 to June 2009.

Jacob Reider was an MD at Albany Medical College, did their residency at St. Clare's Hospital, and then got their BA from Hampshire College and their MA from Macalester College. Jacob also attended Buckingham Browne & Nichols.
