Seth Shaw

Seth Shaw is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer success and revenue growth across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as a Board Member and Advisor at Postal.io since August 2020, Seth previously played a pivotal role as Chief Revenue Officer at Airtable from November 2020 to January 2023, where efforts focused on enhancing the customer journey. Notable past positions include Chief Customer Officer at InVisionApp Inc, Chief Revenue Officer at Wrike, and various leadership roles at LogMeIn, where responsibilities spanned sales and marketing across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Seth also has experience in Linux sales management from roles at Novell, Ximian, and Mission Critical Linux. Following a significant personal achievement of thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, Seth holds a BA in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
