Andrew McGinn

Andrew McGinn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and strategy consulting. Currently serving as a Partner - Digital at Capco since January 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Head of Digital for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Hong Kong from April 2021 to August 2022. Andrew's leadership roles include CEO & Digital Transformation Advisor at This Place, where revenue was tripled over three years, and Global Strategy Director at Javelin Group, advising numerous clients in the retail sector. Prior experience includes operations management at Tesco, where Andrew contributed to transformative projects in order management and ecommerce. Andrew holds an MSc in Physics and a BSc in Physics from the University of Warwick, along with a Level 1 Trainer certification in CrossFit.
