Arpita Mohanty

Arpita Mohanty is an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead at Capco since June 2021, bringing a robust background in human resources and recruitment. Prior to this role, Arpita served as an HR Associate at Fujitsu India from September 2015 to August 2018 and held the position of Senior IT Recruiter at CQent Consulting from February 2014 to August 2015. Arpita began a career in recruitment as an IT Recruiter at InfoSmart Systems from July 2011 to January 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karnataka State Open University, along with a Diploma in Commerce from Baldwin Polytechnic.
