Jen Smith

Jen Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Principal (Director) at Capco since August 2016, after holding the position of Principal Consultant. Prior to this role, Jen Smith worked as a Senior Consultant at SThree from September 2011 to August 2016, focusing on partnerships with various financial institutions across the UK, including banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, and pension funds. Jen Smith holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde, complemented by an ERASMUS Student Placement at Universidad de Granada.
