Nikhil Sharma

Nikhil Sharma is an accomplished leader in wealth management and digital advisory services, currently serving as Managing Director of the Wealth Management Consulting Practice at Capco since September 2019, where Nikhil heads the US Digital Wealth Management Practice and is part of the US Wealth and Asset Management Executive Leadership Team. Nikhil has extensive experience as an angel investor with multiple companies including Karma Points, Yatrikart, and Supersourcing. Prior to their current role, Nikhil was the Head of Financial Planning at Principal Financial Group, focusing on B2B fintech solutions. Additional experience includes managerial positions at EY within Wealth Management Advisory and a senior consultant role at Tata Consultancy Services, where contributions were made to performance and wealth management applications for Merrill Lynch. Nikhil also has a teaching background as an adjunct professor and a mathematics faculty member, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
