Soojung Lee

Soojung Lee currently serves as the Director of Housekeeping at Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa, overseeing a diverse team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of 215 guestrooms, suites, and resort facilities while managing labor costs. Previously, Soojung held the position of Task Force Director of Rooms Operations at Thompson Washington D.C., enhancing guest experiences and implementing pandemic protocols. Prior roles include Director of Housekeeping at Hotel Republic San Diego and Housekeeping Manager at The Westin St. Francis, where Soojung led large teams and developed training programs. Soojung’s career began at The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, with significant achievements across various roles in hospitality. Soojung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Tallahassee State College.
