Christopher J. Hoare

Christopher J. Hoare is a seasoned litigator and member of the Executive Committee at Capehart Scatchard, where Christopher J. has been instrumental in driving business development and regional expansion since their election in January 2014. Currently a Senior Trial Attorney and Chairman of the Litigation Department, Christopher specializes in personal injury litigation, railroad defense, and legal malpractice claims, maintaining an AV rating and regularly serving as an expert speaker in these areas. With a career spanning over four decades, Christopher has held prominent positions at various law firms, including as an equity partner at a Princeton law firm and as a shareholder at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. Christopher J.'s career origins include service as a Senior Claims Agent at Amtrak and a General Foreman at Consolidated Rail Corporation, alongside earning a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law while working. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Journalism from Rutgers University.
