Dustin Martin

Dustin Martin is a highly experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as a Staff Spacecraft Systems Engineer at Capella Space since December 2024. Previously, Dustin held various roles at Muon Space, including Program Manager, Mission Manager, and Spacecraft Systems Engineer from July 2021 to October 2024. At Blue Canyon Technologies, Dustin worked as the Spacecraft Chief Engineer from September 2019 to July 2021. During a nearly decade-long tenure at Ball Aerospace, Dustin served as a Mission Systems Engineer and a Systems Engineering Technical Intern, focusing on verification plans and requirements compliance. Earlier experience includes managing the CubeSat project at the Colorado Space Grant Consortium, where Dustin led a team of student engineers. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and two Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder.
