Alicja Kuciel

Alicja Kuciel is an experienced Project Manager at Capgemini since April 2013, specializing in capabilities and employee experience within the IFAO Practice. Alicja has successfully led a variety of transformation and innovation projects, managing teams of over 30 full-time employees. Additionally, Alicja serves as a mentor in the Future Drivers program and a business facilitator for the Inspiring Careers program. Previous roles include Manager, Senior Transformation Consultant, and Transformation Consultant, focusing on HR Transformation and process management. Prior experience includes positions at Jagiellonian University, Centre of Environmental Technologies Transfer Ltd, and Grupa Powen-Wafapomp. Academically, Alicja holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management and Training, as well as a Master of Science from The Silesian University of Technology, along with extensive training in facilitation and environmental safety.
