Lalitha Kompella

Lalitha Kompella holds extensive leadership experience in technology and automation, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Automation, Generative AI, and Analytics at Capgemini. Previously, Lalitha was Vice President of Intelligent Optimization at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and has held significant roles such as VP and Global Leader of Intelligent Automation and Digital Chief Technology Officer for Banking and Capital Markets at Genpact. Lalitha also served as Financial Services Delivery Leader for the Americas at HCL Technologies and Global Head of Strategic Transformation Programs at Wipro Technologies. Lalitha earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the University of Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Osmania University.
