Lucia Sinapi-Thomas

Lucia Sinapi-Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, risk management, and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Capgemini Ventures and a member of the Board of Directors and Remuneration Committee at Capgemini, Lucia has held various senior roles since joining the company in May 1992, including Group Deputy CFO and Head of Business Platforms. Additional board memberships include Dassault Aviation and Bureau Veritas, where Lucia is also involved in audit committee responsibilities. Prior to these roles, Lucia worked as a business lawyer at Salès, Vincent & Georges, and as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Educational qualifications include a diploma from ESSEC Business School, graduation from the French Financial Analysts Academy, and completion of the Paris Bar Exam, along with a Private Law Degree from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
