Lukas Baker

Lukas Baker is a consultant at Capgemini since April 2022 and previously held the position of Data Engineer Trainee at Hypefactors from September 2020 to February 2022. Lukas gained experience as a Physics Research Assistant at Aalto University from May 2019 to November 2019, where simulation modeling was done using SOLPS-ITER, and a data analysis framework was built with Python, significantly improving model accuracy. Additionally, Lukas contributed to the design and construction of a Compton spectrometer at Yale University from May 2018 to May 2019, aimed at measuring non-linear light yield in scintillators for reactor anti-neutrino studies. Earlier experience includes a Data Analyst Intern role at United Technologies from May 2017 to January 2018, focused on developing a software tool for analyzing manufacturing process data using machine learning techniques. Lukas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Yale University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
