Nikita Gupta

Nikita Gupta currently serves as a Senior Team Lead at Capgemini since July 2024. Previously, Nikita was a Team Lead at Tier5 Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd from October 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included client support, team management, and business process setup. Prior to that, Nikita worked as a Virtual Assistant, also at Tier5 Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on client support and documentation. Nikita started the career as a Customer Service Executive at Wizard E-Marketing Pvt Ltd and further enhanced service quality as a Call Verifier at Maven InfoTech Private Limited. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with honors in Business Administration and Management from Techno India University, completed in 2020.
