Sudhansu Sarangi

Sudhansu Sarangi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in diverse roles at Capgemini since June 2008, currently serving as Sr Director and HR business partner lead for business practices. Sudhansu has successfully managed HR operations for over 10,000 employees in the Financial Strategic Business unit and led initiatives across regional assignments, including overseeing India landed employees in Capgemini Poland. Prior to Capgemini, Sudhansu held various HR roles at Keane India Ltd, contributing significantly to HR operations and organizational initiatives for more than 2,000 employees. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from LBSIMDS Lucknow, a Master's degree from Annamalai University, and an Executive Program in Strategic and Leadership Development from Jack Welch Management Institute, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Utkal University.
