Albert Tai

Albert Tai is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Office, Prairies at QuadReal Property Group since March 2017, Tai manages a portfolio of Class ‘AA’ and ‘A’ office properties in Calgary and Edmonton, ensuring alignment with income and capital return objectives. Previously, Tai held the position of Director of Asset Management at GWL Realty Advisors, where strategic initiatives were led for a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $2.0 billion. Additional experience includes roles as a Real Estate Analyst at Strategic Group and as a Portfolio Analyst at Bentall Kennedy, following an internship as a Financial Analyst at Brookfield Properties. Tai holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Calgary.
