Bill Masse

Bill Masse has extensive experience in the property management and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Building Projects at QuadReal Property Group since June 2020, after previously holding the position of Director in the same department. Prior to QuadReal, Bill was Chief Operating Officer at KODE Labs, where responsibilities included software development management and involvement in Intelligent Building IoT platform development. Bill also served as General Manager of Canadian Operations at Hepta Control Systems, focusing on sales and technology development. Earlier career milestones include establishing a Building Automation Division at Wilson & Associates Contracting Ltd, and owning Masse Grading & Construction, overseeing seasonal contracts. Additional project management experience was gained at Titan Electrical & Controls and earlier positions at Hepta Control Systems. Bill studied Mechanical Engineering Technician at Fanshawe College from 2000 to 2002.
